WATERPROOFING MEMBRANE RESIN - GREY COLOR

SPM 400 is a waterproofing membrane designed to protect building supports and can be used both indoors and outdoors. It protects against leaks and corrosion and reduces impact noise. SPM 400 is designed for waterproofing: balconies and terraces, whether or not they can be walked on – repairing and waterproofing roofs, balconies, showers, loggias – repairing ponds and fountains – waterproofing chimneys, ridges, banks and channels gutters, domes, acroteria and flashings… SPM 400 adheres to all supports except PP, PE, contains no water, silicone, isocyanate, bitumen or rubber and has no safety markings. SPM 400 is resistant to: UV, weather and chemicals. In addition, it is environmentally friendly and odorless and can be used indoors and outdoors. It is applicable on damp surfaces and waterproofs immediately, very good resistance to punching, applies to low slope supports and can be covered with tiles. Can be covered with heavy protection (e.g. tiles, etc.) 0.5kg/m². Without covering and non-trafficable: 1 kg/m² - Light traffic: 1.5kg/m².
