Alpha Chimie Industrie Return Policy

Items purchased from ALPHA CHIMIE INDUSTRIE on our website www.alpha-chimie.com can be returned within 14 days of receipt of the goods in most cases. The product must be in the same condition in which you received it and must not be damaged in any way, unless the product was damaged during transport and reported to the delivery person upon receipt. You are authorized to remove the product from its packaging, unless it is sealed.

If you decide to return the items or request an exchange if the product is damaged, you can let us know by sending us an email specifying the order number to the following address: contact@alpha-chimie.com. Please note that you must return the items to us within 7 days of your return notification.

Processing your return

After receiving your return package, we will inspect the returned items and begin processing your refund. It is possible to exchange the returned products if the product sent was damaged during transport and reported to the delivery person in this case you will not have to pay any shipping costs. However, if you do not wish to have an exchange of the product, a credit can be credited to you for a future order or the money will be refunded according to the initial payment method (used when purchasing). The refund will be made within 7 days. You will have to cover the return costs yourself (The costs will be estimated at a maximum of €29) except in the case of a package damaged during transport, or a return label will be sent to you.

Items returned outside of the 14 day period are neither refundable nor exchangeable. Products must be returned to us clean and intact in their original packaging.
